To Golden State Round Up Guests,

During our negotiations for the 2010 Golden State Round Up, we were informed by the Marriott Hotel that ALL of the hotels in the Tri-Valley area have been booked for Memorial Day Weekend in 2010 for another event.

In light of this information, the Executive Board of the NCSDA explored several options. It was unanimously decided to move the date for the 2010 Round Up to May 7, 8, 9. The moving of the date was based on several factors, but the most important factor was the consideration of our guests. It is obvious, from the response we have received from the dancers who attend Golden State Round Up, you like the location. So instead of moving the location, we are moving the date.

We are announcing this date change as early as possible to accommodate those who plan their calendar in advance.

We will still have three days of dancing to four fantastic callers, a great round dance team, and all of the other activities you look forward to each year.

Please be assured, this is a 'one-time' change to the dates. The 2011 Golden State Round Up will be held once again over the Memorial Day Weekend.
