Spin the Top

From an ocean wave:

   The end dancers will turn 1/2 with the adjacent center dancer, then the new center dancers will turn 3/4 while the ends move up 1/4 around the outside

   Unlike Swing Thru, which always starts with the right hand - and may start in the center of the wave - Spin the Top ALWAYS starts at the ends of the wave.
