Recycle

From waves only:

   The ends of the wave Cross Fold as the centers of the
wave fold in behind the ends and follow them around,
finally facing in to form facing couples.

The "cheating way":
   In the wave, centers U-turn back (turn out)
   to make a two faced line, then Wheel and Deal.
