From ocean waves:
* Ends and adjacent centers turn 1/2
* New centers meet and turn 3/4, forming a wave across the center
* New very centers meet and turn 1/2 while the ends turn in to form stars
* The stars (gears) turn 3/4, forming a new wave across the center
* Very centers turn 1/2; ends of the central wave DON'T MOVE
* Those not in the wave peel out to become the ends of new waves
* Finally, the very centers and adjacent dancer turn 3/4 to complete the waves.
