"Circle to a line" usually is preceded with "Lead Right" and will
be described that way here.
The specified couple (or "leaders") move to face the couple on their right,
join hands to make a circle of four, and rotate it to the left
just half way.
The lead man only lets go with
his left hand (all others stay joined)
and starts to lead the line by
sliding straight to the left.
The other man will make an arch with
his right hand to allow his
partner to duck through walking
forward (like a California Twirl)
as they move into the line
