From a line:

Each couple will turn three quarters (270 degrees)
If both dancers  in a couple are facing the same direction
 the dancer in the center of the line will walk forward and around
the dancer on the end of the line.

(The end dancer may act as a pivot or back up with the pivot between the two).

From a one or two faced line the end position is facing couples
